We really appreciate you placing an order with us so we always do our best to package it up nicely so it reaches you in the best possible condition (and it feels like a present when you open it).
Our standard mainland UK delivery cost is £2.95. (3-4 working days) FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 -Select option at checkout.
For greeting cards and/or hanging decorations only, we offer FREE DELIVERY. Please select the 'Greeting card/hanging decoration only' option at the checkout.
If you live locally to Sweet Mabel, then you can choose to collect your order in person. Simply email us to arrange a convenient time, order and pay online as normal, making sure that you check the box marked 'pre-arranged collection' in the process.
If for some reason we cannot complete your order we will contact you by email or telephone (if provided) to advise you accordingly.
We do deliver overseas but there will be an additional delivery cost. Please contact us before ordering and we can provide a delivery quote.
We will send you an email to let you know once your parcel is on its way.
Lost or Non-delivered Goods
Sweet Mabel will not be responsible for any items lost once delivered. If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-despatch the goods. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
Whilst we hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via email to discuss, retaining your invoice as proof of purchase, telling us whether you would like to exchange or refund your goods.
Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Sweet Mabel (the goods must be in the original packaging in perfect condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform Sweet Mabel immediately and certainly no later than within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this timeframe will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

During busy periods, especially Christmas please ensure you allow for sufficient time for delivery when placing your order. We will communicate any final ordering dates on our home page or via social media.
